Payment policy
We accept PayPal payments. PAYPAL ONLY for International sales.
Shipping information
We ship as quickly and cheaply as possible...we don't make money off of shipping! We almost always ship the same day or next business day when auction is paid for. We like to ship First Class for items 13 oz. or less; it costs 50 cents - $1.00 more than media mail (for media items), but it arrives 5 times faster! We usually try to provide several options for shipping for our customers. All packages will include $1.00 for handling (2$ for international), to pay for Delivery Confirmation (65-75 cents per package) and a few cents for boxes, tape, etc. We make up for this by starting our auctions off at low prices so you can SAVE!
Return policy
In general, all sales are final. However, if somehow there was a gross misrepresentation of the product in the listing (unintentionally, of course), we will accept returns (minus shipping costs). No returns for wrong size, color, etc., unless we made a mistake. We WILL NOT accept returns for items which broke or were damaged in the mail; buyers need to purchase USPS insurance for that purpose, and then deal with the Post Office in this situation.
