Our company has been since 2004 dedicated to hand dyeing pure Uruguayan wool, mainly Merino wool, a product of exceptional quality. The wool we use is 100% composed by natural fibers, it is an organic product and therefore friendly to the environment. Its spinning, although it is industrial, is done in an almost artisanal way in machines that prioritize quality over quantity. For these reasons we proudly carry the Uruguay Natural seal & certificate, extended by the Ministry of Tourism of Uruguay, which is given to 100% certified Uruguayan products. We are aware of the responsibility we have with the animals that offer us this product, we kindly invite you to see some images of our country, and you will be able to see our sheeps peacefully grazing in the green natural meadows, watered by our innumerable water courses. This aspect is one which gives our wool a unique quality which is recognized worldwide. Finally, for dyeing we use inks approved by Oeko Tex, so you can be assured you are purchasing a safe product, both for your health and the environment. In our business in Montevideo, we offer training courses and workshops in the textile area, providing a pleasant environment to learn, enjoy, share and rest from the daily routine. We learn techniques of acute felt, wet felt, loom, crochet, knitting, Andean loom, Mexican waist loom, as well as wool embroidery.
