Shipping information
I ship every day excep week-end and sometimes I ship on Saturday. Items will be well packed to ensure safe arrival. I have only had 2 item break in shipping.
Return policy
If you are so unhappy with an item that you need to return it, I will refund your money on an unused or unopened item. Return shipping is your responsibility unless I am at fault. I will not refund the shipping cost.

Shipping & Payment
I will ship within 48 hours of payment. I will combine shipping if one payment is made for multiple auctions. Pay the highest shipping/handling charge then only $2 for each cosmetic auction after that, when paid in one payment and shipped in one package. Multipule fragrance auctions are calculated because of the weight. I do not make money on my shipping fees. If you do not pay within 3 days and do not contact me I will relist the item. Your business and satisfaction are very important to me. Please leave feedback when you recieve your item, I will do the same.
