Do not buy from this seller. I ordered a small item that never arrived. I did however receive an empty envelope with a slit in the left side and the return address starting out with ‘eBay shp’ (picture attached). When I was finally able to match the empty envelope up with the seller, I contacted them and the response that I got was – “"Please contact your USPS office, what can I say? I paid for delivery” item delivered."
Now the seller is ignoring me. Don’t waste your time, buy elsewhere!

Simply not true. First he told - he did not received anything. Second attempt was (when I show hit tracking result) well....yes, but anyway, it is empty?! Where is my fault?
