Shipping information
I try to ship at cost, with just enough for supplies, tape and bubble wrap. I try to save you money on your shipping by combining items. Lets spend more on Hobbies and less on non-value added shipping costs. The cost of oil is passing through to plastic, and hence packing materials. A roll of bubble wrap at Staples is $20.00.
Return policy
What good common sense dictates… if I made a mistake I will, refund or credit you a fair amount. I am not here to rip anyone off. However to protect me, I need notification of the problem within three (3) days of you receiving the listing. I have shipping photos of MTL & most other listings, if you did not insure your parcel, and my photograph(s) don't show the same damage… You were offered USPS insurance at cost at the time of purchase. I can't be the worlds private insurer. If you have questions, you need to ask them before your purchase. I do and can make mistakes, which is the only reason I offer a return policy at all. And I am good to cover what I see as my problems… So if you drop your listing and break it, please don't expect me to replace it. Items to be returned to me at your cost via same shipping method you got them. I want Insurance on the returns for which I will pay and photos of damage. You agree with these terms/conditions by bidding on said listings.

My kind thanks and regards to all of those whom purchased items from me. If I make a mistake or type error in a listing, I will try to make it right. AND I am sorry for the Terms & Conditions of my return policy. But some people make it hard for the rest of us. If you have a problem and I am at the root of it. Lets talk and work something out… for the most of you this shows good faith on my part, and allows for good faith on yours. Nobody's perfect. So we make adjustments, repairs, replacements as we can, and as needed. This seems to works for most of us, most of the time.
Deadbeat Buyers:
I report all failure to pay for items with ebay. I also bar you from bidding on my items in the future. Scammers, spammers, phishers, and other such will also find your user name on my blocked list. Dealers who think I work for them also fall into this category. I don't work for you and no matter how red your star may be, you are still a customer in my auctions. I find 10 star folks to be often more agreeable and easy to get along with. A RED star is not a backstage pass, you are subject to the T&C's as everyone else.
