Well,A little about me.I am 49 years young,on dissability.I love what I am doing.Love the people,love writing listings,packaging,mailing,and all that goes with selling.But my favorite part of it is getting to talk to all the new friends I have made !

I have always loved jewelry so it just seemed natural to sell it, new jewelry, vintage unsigned, and vintage signed jewelry, necklaces, bracelets, brooches/pins, rings, earrings, lockets, gold tone jewelry, silver tone jewelry, 10K, 14K, sterling silver, costume jewelry, as well as fine jewelry, and we are looking into other small items in other catagories to expand into, we have a storefront now at www.wiangelsheavenlytreasures.com if you'd like to take a look, same things, different place.

We do love jewelry however, We are not an experts. We know what we like and try to find those things to sell to you, the customer. Some of the things we sell are , in fact new. Some of the things we sell however, ae NOT new, in fact , some are very old , used and are in great need of a good cleaning. Quite a few people we have found would rather not have some of the older, or vintage, items cleaned. It is very hard for us to sell things that are not cleaned and shiny, but we am trying to learn which to clean well, and which to leave with just a light wash. Also, please remember, because we do sell used items , not everything will always be totally without some wear and/or light scratching . We try to only sell the best of what we come across , but some of the older things we come across are just the items that seem to be in demand. I started selling in Jan.'07 just for a few extra dollars here and there and realized quickly I LOVED doing it ! I love the items , love the listing,everything about it,well, except the fees. Then in March as I was talking to my best friend , Marie ,wiangel_2, about it,we decided to get together and do this as a team. Now she and I are actually buying things and getting them ready, doing the research together ,(living 3 hours apart, by phone and mail),and therefore the name change to wi_angels_heavenly_treasures . Still very new but loving it ! We hope to be around a long time. We both just love doing this. Hope to see all our customers come back and we hope to see new ones all the time. Most of our shipping is done First class mail however, we always give the option for Priority. Most of the time Insurance is Optional however , on some of our higher priced items we require it according to USPS amounts. We will combine shipping , by weight, on multiple purchases made within 5 days of each other and Paid On The Same Invoice. We will Deduct $1.00 on each additional item after the first.If, after winning the first auction you are still bidding, PLEASE email us to let us know so we do not bother you with repeated reminder emails.

Returns accepted and Account Credits given only if the item is significantly different than pictured and/or described in listing. Buyer must notify me as soon as item is received that there is a problem by e-mail at my ask sell a question page or at returns@wiangelsheavenlytreasures.com . The refund will not include the shipping charge and buyer must pay to return the item to me . Credit will be given after I receive the item in same condition in which it was sent. I like to give feedback as it is deserved. To me that is when the auction ends and the buyer has fulfilled their part by paying for the item(s). However, I still am not finished with the transaction until I know the item(s) has/have been received and the customer is happy with the transaction as well as the item or items purchased, so I will follow up with e-mails if I do not hear from the buyer within a reasonable amount of time, based on my other customer reciept times,just to make sure they are happy. And if there is a problem , I will do my best to try to figure a way to make the customer happy and fix the problem. Please E-mail me if there is any problem so we can work together to work it out.
