I purchased a pipe tobacco humidor jar from this seller. The package arrived in an undamaged box with the contents wrapped tightly and securely. Somehow, however, the jar had been broken after being wrapped for shipment. When I unwrapped it, I found it to be shattered inside the packaging. Puzzling indeed. THE GOOD NEWS: When I provided pictures of the damaged jar through eBay's refund/return request process, I received a refund from the seller within 24 hours. I was impressed and very pleased.
