I pack items at night. If something is paid for by 7pm EST it almost always ships the next day during the spring, summer and fall. During the winter this may be delayed during snow since I don't take my daughter out if the roads are bad. How can you insure that it ships the next day in the winter? Choose priority shipping, I can request a carrier pickup by the post office and they come even in the snow, they do require that I am shipping at least one item priority to provide this service. If you are an international order(including Canada), please provide your complete telephone number. I can print and pay for a shipping label at my home and have the carrier pick it up, but only if I provide them your telephone number. No number, I've got to go out to the post office, which again, I don't do if the roads are bad due to a snow storm. The longest that the weather has ever kept me from the post office is 2 days, that has only happened once.

If you receive your item and there is a problem, please contact me within 2 days of it's arrival. If the problem cannot be resolved, return the item with 7 business days to recieve your purchase price back. If the return is due to incorrect information in my listing, the refund will include your full payment amount, including what you paid me for shipping.
