We have a small downtown store in our home town (ZACKS) where we buy, sell & trade new & used jewelry & coins. We have 40+ years of experience & have bought & sold over $80 million thru the years. We are down sizing to prepare for Tom's retirement & so are giving Ebay a try. We are still learning ebay & we like to keep things simple & somewhat oldschool if you will, but we will always provide buyers with respect & offer to the best of our knowledge, honest listings. We try hard to not make mistakes as we want want everyone to 100% satified with their purchase(s). Customer service is extremely important to us because without happy customers there can be no business.

We prefer paypal but money orders are considered on a per buyer basis. Just contact us before you make a purchase. Also we understand our listings are on a timely schedule as most of Ebay listings are. If you don't want an item to get away we truely are happy to wait a few days for payment as long as you send us a little note after you make a purchase. We will continue to do this as long as this method does not get abused as we hope it won't because then everyone misses out. So please be sure you really want to buy it first so we can continue to extend this courtesy to all Ebay buyers.

We almost always ship same day if purchased by 3pm CST. Excluding Sundays & Holidays of course. Examples: If you purchase an item on Saturday after 12pm CST or any time on Sunday your item will be shipped Monday. If you purchase an item by 3pm CST on any weekday (excluding holidays)it will be shipped that day. If you purchase an item after 3pm CST on any weekday it will be shipped the next day unless of course it is a Sunday or Holiday.

We will offer full 100% refunds including all return shipping fees for good reasons. If you are unhappy please contact us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation date provided by the USPS(we will NEVER ship a package with out one) with your issue & we will make every effort to resolve thst issue. We have been in business a long time & have learned that not everyone can be satisfied all the time because not everyone shares the same opinions. If we don't make you happy with our product we will always give you great service 100%+++ of the time & that is a promise!!!!

It is best to contact us via Ebay as our spam blocker will throw out 99% of emails to our email address and it is much more safe anyway. We try to answer all questions in a timely manner & check them several times a day excluding Sundays. In the evenings we check Ebay questions on our home computer & ALL of our items are kept in the safety of our time locked store so if your questions pertains to measurements & such we can not answer & be 100% accurate till we get back to our store and view the item physically the next business day. We open our store at 10am MON-SAT(excluding major holidays).

We sell our previously owned jewlery items according to gold weight. We price every item just slightly over the the gold melt value. In other words we sell to buyers for just a little above the price we would be able to sell for parts to a refiner. We must make a few dollars & cover ebay fees ect...So we do our very best to offer the best possible prices & we only sell near mint & perfect like new, good condition previously owned items. We also sell some new items & that pricing is basicly along the same guidelines depending on the item. Our inventory is always changing & we have much more than we can possibly list at this time so if you are shopping for a certain something & dont see what you are looking for in our listings, just ask, we may have something similar that is not listed yet.

Because we price so our items very low to begin with we don't always have much leway for lowering the prices by very much. Don't let this statement discourage you from making an offer on any of our items. We will take every reasonable offer seriously. Precious jewlery was meant to be enjoyed & not melted.
