I run a small construction business that focuses primarily on new home construction. I try to be very professional in my business dealings and carry that over into my dealings on eBay. I will always be honest and forthright. I will be fair, I will serve my customers as best I can, and when unfortunate circumstances occur, I will do my best to make it right.

Payment policy
Please pay within 48 hours of purchasing. I prefer payment immediately, though, because I try to ship within 24 hours OF THE AUCTION ENDING in most cases, but I will not ship until I receive confirmed payment. So please pay ASAP. You shouldn't be bidding on items that you do not already have the money to buy.

Shipping information
I ship via either UPS or USPS as those are the most reliable from my part of the country. I will dictate the method, unless specifically requested and paid for by the buyer. Once again, I try to ship within 24 hours of the auction ending unless I have not yet received confirmed payment.

Return policy
Please contact me within 7 days if you feel you have a problem with an item. I will rectify it the best I can. Of course, I expect you to pay for return shipping. I will immediately refund your money upon receiving the item, or in the case of it being replaced I will immediately ship a replacement to you with me covering the expenses.
