I ordered this item to repair my Prius, which had been taken out of commission by some corrosion issues inside one of the voltage monitor terminal pins. I received the replacement that I ordered, and disappointingly found that it too had some corrosion on the same pins. I messaged Joe, and he immediately sprung into action to make it right. He overnighted a replacement that he triple checked for me so that I had the parts I needed as soon as I could. He even called me to make sure all was good.
