Have worked in the equine industry in various aspects from groom to eqine vet assitant to ranch manager to training positions. I love horse equipment and tack and have found ebay to be a wonderful means of securing and selling it. My goal is to provide a 5 star transaction and satisfy the buyer.

I strive to mail out within 24 hours of payment, sometimes sooner! I try to combine as much as possible to save buyer money. I prefer Priority as Parcel can take too long for buyer to receive especially if they are far from WY. I have no control over the actual mail delivery or what they charge to do so. The farther from WY, the more postage costs, I don't make money on mailing. If several items are won, don't pay until I have boxed, weighed and sent a new combined invoice. If I have many to combine, this may take awhile, so please be patient, I do it as soon as I can, usually within several hours of auction ending.

I accept returns if someone is not satisfied with their purchase as I want people to be happy. I need to know as soon as item is received and will refund cost of item when item is returned in same condition as sent, but not postage (either way). Communication is the best way to let me know and resolve any of your concerns rather than jumping to Feedback.
