This is a 1st for me, leaving a negative rating. The item purchased as New in the description was NOT at all new. It had ben used repackage, poorly and sent to me. Item still wet and still had coffee moisture inside of it. Missing items that should come with the item i.e. manual, basket, etc. I will say eBay took care of all return concerns of this item, the only positive from this debacle. Needless to say I won't be looking at another purchase on eBay for the near future.

This is a 1st for me too. I understand how you felt and I explained to you that and the item looked unopened when I received it. I never opened it to check as I have never had this issue before. My feedback shows that I never intend on defrauding anyone. I gladly gave you a refund with many aplogies to you for what happened. Everyone makes mistakes and it you make it sound like I was out to "get" you. 23 years selling on ebay and you are the first negative feedback I've every received.
