Payment is required within 7 days of an item's win. If you have any concerns or dilemmas with this policy, please contact me and I will be more than happy to negotiate payment with you. I strive for 100% buyer satisfaction and I will do everything in my power to make sure your ebay experience with me is excellent every time. =) I am very understanding and flexible, but I require buyers to communicate with me about any conflicts before the 7 days expire. Otherwise, I will relist.
If the item arrives in less than satisfactory condition, I am definitely open to negotiating partial refunds if you would like to keep the item but need to fix it. If you'd like a full refund, you must return the item to me via mail or drop off before you receive your money. Thanks!
Shipping information
I ship Tuesday-Friday, but I can negotiate Monday shipments if that is your preference. I will always provide shipping information to buyers on the day of shipment. This includes tracking numbers, time of shipment, etc. Any other requests you have I can most certainly accomodate as well! I know some buyers also have requests for how I pack items, so please feel free to let me know about that too. I DO pack everything very safely so that items do not break. I use the utmost care when wrapping, bubblewrapping, and packing items so you won't receive a damaged product due to the lack of care provided by shipping services.
Return policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days. I must receive the item in order for you to receive a refund. If partial refund is desired, I will certainly negotiate with you to work things out in a friendly way! I understand that sometimes there is damage to used items that might not have been noticeable when I examined the item from the exterior, so I will refund your money to get the item fixed if you want to keep it. =) As always, I have the greatest respect for my buyers and I want them to have an easy, pleasant ebay interaction.
