All items come to you from our Clean, Smoke Free Home. Unless NEW OR NWOT, all clothing items come to you freshly washed. I place all items in zipoloc bags for extra Protection & Care and store all NEW & Preloved Items in Rubbermaid Totes. The Clothing will most likely have some wrinkles from being carefully packed and shipped to you. They will probably need to be pressed. Please keep this in mind when you receive your items.
