I have been in the commercial embroidery business for 13 years and have just recently started offering some of my more popular items on ebay. All items are produced in a smoke free enviroment on commercial embroidery machines.

Generally we ship within 3 business days if your gift selection is in stock ready for embroidery. We keep good stock in all items but if demand is high and we are in the process or reordering the ship time may be closer to 5-7 business days. If that's the case we will immediatly let the buyer know.

If for any reason an item is defective we will immediatly replace the item one time only. All our stock is new and inspected carefully prior to the embroidery stage and is again inspected carefully prior to shipping. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us at which time we will inspect the defect.
