I accept Paypal, check, money order or cash. International orders, only Paypal or cash.

I try to ship out the next day after cleared payment is received, always less than a week. I always offer shipping options. Insurance is optional, but always offered. For items over $100, I will require insurance on the invoice, but if you still don't want insurance, let me know. I WILL NOT be held responsible for items arriving damaged and insurance has not been purchased. I always send items with delivery confirmation.

I don't normally accept returns. I always describe items to the best of my ability and always answer questions as soon as possible, (my laptop is attached to my hip if I am not at work). If you are unhappy with something and still want to return it, I will refund purchase price, less a 10% ($2.00 minimum) restocking fee. If I have made a serious error on the auction, the fee does not apply. My items are authentic, if you have the item authenticated and I have made an error, please send a copy of the authentication or a written statement from the store or manufacturer with their contact information (authenticator's name and number). If none is obtained, then the restocking fee still applies.
