I had to downsize in a big way due to my disabilities. I'm down to the smaller stuff like crafts, scrapbooking, rubber stamping, dollhouse miniatures, collector books and a few odds and ends here and there. I have a MASSIVE amount of Pfalzgraff's 1st stoneware, Brown Gourmet, dishes & acc. that I need to start selling. I am also trying to trim down some of my collections. I majored in marketing/business in college. I owned my own companies for decades, mainly sign companies & direct marketing of Longaberger Baskets. I also worked for Sea World of Ohio & several sign companies in Arizona. I was a victim of domestic violence for over 10 years, so if any of you are in that situation, it's time to GET OUT NOW while you're still alive to talk about it. It's better to lose everything material instead of you or your children's lives. My ex was a dist. mgr. for a semi-conductor equipment company making 6 figures a year, so yes, it can happen to any to anyone!

My college background is in business and marketing. The majority of time I worked in the sign industry. I also spend a large portion of my time volunteering for worthy causes. My best job was working for Sea World in Ohio redoing all of the signs, scenery and props. It was great years later to take my girls here for vacation and to see my signs still all over the park. Who wouldn't like those big kisses from Shamu?

I love PayPal! This is a great tool for buyers and sellers alike. Unfortunately, I have found that PayPal eChecks take longer than any other payment. If you use this option, you must be VERY patient. I will ship as soon as I get the go ahead from PayPal. No matter what way you choose to pay, I need to be contacted either by PayPal payment or by email within 3 days with the payment information. If I don't hear from you, I will have to file a non-paying bidder report to eBay along with non-paying feedback. I do send reminders, so don't be surprised if you happen to get one. Please, safeguard your password. It's not fair to other bidders when you don't pay!

I only ship in U.S. & Canada. I do combine shipping, but I will have to recalculate the total before you check out. I don't have a set combined shipping discount because I believe that this way is unfair to buyers. If you add a small item to some packages, it may not change the shipping price from the heavier package, so why should I charge you more? Most do cost a bit more, but I still only have one package & delivery comfirmation to buy. I do put delivery confirmation on almost all of my shipments. This means I have to go for package rates on all first class items. You can understand why I would rather combine shipping costs! I'm sorry, but with all of eBay's new policies, I can't afford to have all of my money frozen because a package can't be found. If you dislike this policy, please contact eBay & let them know.

I'm sorry, but I don't refund buyers remorse. If I grossly misrepresent something, I will gladly refund your money. There may certain cases that I may be willing to work with buyers, but I need to be contacted first. I just recently had a problem with a package mix-up that I made right. I will try to double-check items better from now on, so this won't happen again. I do sell all items as is, but I want you to be as happy as I want to be when I get a shipment from eBay.

My daughter is serving in Iraq for fifteen months. If you or your club make cards, and you want to send them to Iraq, I will be glad to ship them with the many packages I send every month. I make some for the troops to receive, but the majority of cards are going to them to send back home. It's not like there's a PX on every corner.

I believe that your contract with me is finished when you pay me. Because of this, I leave feedback AFTER YOU PAY. I don't think buyers should be held hostage for their feedback. I realize that many sellers may disagree with me, but this is my own personal opinion and the way that I choose to do business. I can always add additional information later, and if a buyer pays for the item I believe they should get positive feedback. I do read feedback statements before I buy due to some very unethical sellers that like to give negative feedback to people (like me!) because they tell the truth. I can't believe they're still selling, but not enough other people have complained, so they're still making others miserable. I want to win your feedback like you win my auctions. If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know so I can correct it. Like I said before, I want you to be as happy with your purchase as I expect to be when I shop on eBay. THANKS!
