We never offer items of questionable age or with extensive or hidden damage. Every item is carefully packaged and protected before shipping. We ship every day (except Sunday)and usually have items out to you within 48 hours of payment. 727 Retro Lane accepts PayPal (in fact, we PREFER PayPal), Money Orders and Personal Checks. Just a note...e-checks take longer to clear than almost Any other form of payment!

We ship every day but Sunday. Items are usually shipped within 48 hours of received and cleared payment (personal checks must clear before item can be shipped). We usually ship via the US Postal service but will also use UPS, or DHL if it seems more expedient for you. We do our best to search out the least expensive form of shipping for our customers and often are able to refund on shipping costs if we can SQUEEZE something safely into a smaller package!

We examine each item carefully and do our best to photograph any damage or wear. We will never knowingly withold any information about issues that our items may have. However, we are merely human and as such we occasionally miss a chip or stain or something like that. If that happens, we stand behind our items 100%! Just contact us and return the item within 3 days of your reciept of the item and we'll be happy to resolve the issue in a manner that makes you happy. We've never yet felt the need to leave a negative feedback and hope that we never have to.
