I brought two Penrod's thinking the rod would come with the parts needed but when arrived they came with missing parts to connect the reel to the rod now the seller says the add states clearly wot is in packet but to my knowledge this seller clearly don't no any think bout fishing cos the bits missing are two ring type bits that should come on fishing rod so they would connect reel to the rod which every rod has but this seller told me different and hasn't got back to me after refering to the ad

Terrible quality, 3 of 4 triggers did not work at all 2 of them stuck as if they’d been glued, also arrived in a mashed up box as if it had been trampled all over, communication was good, waiting 1 day before i got a response, very quick at response but tried a half refund I said definitely NOT, after repeated messages got a full refund, overall customer service n delivery is good but the product is bad =‘(
