I'm a retired journalist and educator, book author, art collector, avid bowhunter, and outdoorsman. My wife and I have been married since 1960 and are the parents of four and grandparents of eight. We recently moved to a small Southern Indiana farm.

As both a lifelong packrat and avid collector, I specialize in selling books, magazine back issues, and archery/bowhunting memorabilia. My goal is saving my family the chore of sorting through mountains of stuff that has piled up over my lifetime. I intend to offer it to like-minded individuals who will appreciate and treasure it as much as I have.

I work a minimum of 3-5 crossword puzzles daily (in ink), write and publish fiction and nonfiction, and bowhunt across North America 12 months each year.

Crime fiction mainly but also mainstream fiction and historical nonfiction. Favorite authors include James Lee Burke, John Sandford, Ed McBain (Evan Hunter), Robert B. Parker, and Sue Grafton. I've also read every Louis L'Amour novel written.
