My name is Will I am a freelance marketing consultant with nearly a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. In those years I found that is very difficult for unsigned and indy entertainers to get noticed without a proper marketing plan. Even with the advent of sites like MySpace entertainers still do not fully utilize the full potential of the internet as a viable marketing option.
That’s why I started 8180 Online. The site is similar to MySpace but geared more towards entertainers. You can post music, air video footage, blog sell items and set up an event calendar. All music artists will be featured on one of our radio stations and podcasts. . The most exciting feature is that members can add your songs to their own customizable radio stations. These stations can be added to other social networking sites like MySpace, Tagged, Friendster etc. All of these features are free.
