Fortunately didn't cost a lot.
Received wrong color, ordered green, but got white. As far as for use on sites it is not quite adequate, but could be used for some other purpose. It does glow after being placed under a strong light for several seconds, like the numbers and hands on a wrist watch do. Does not illuminate for very long time.
