I HATE TO WAIT AT THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE. It makes me nervous when Kids are running through Stores without Supervision. Calls from Private, Unknown, Unavailable, and Salespeople. To see Anyone abuse animal or people that don't prevent their Pets from running into the street and getting hit and killed. Waiting in line at the Post Office. Getting so much Junk EMail everyday! SURVEYS! FREE GIFTS ON THE INTERNET THAT ALWAYS HAVE A CATCH THAT ENDS UP AT SOME SURVEY SITE.

I worked Retail from the age of 14 until I was 23. When I left, I was a Manager of a 46,000 square foot store. I went to work for General Motors and went into Engineering. I have an Associates Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. I was an Apprentice Electrician while at G.M. My husband and I have a Upholstery Business that we started in 1983. We did Custom Sewing for Century Martial Arts for several years. We owned a 7,400 square foot Gaming, Gift & Collectible Store for almost 10 years. Now we sell off Ebay.

I offer a $1.00 off your shipping Fee when you ship 2 Auctions together.
Return policy
I accept returns if the item received is not exactly as I described it. I require notice of a problem within 5 days, and I require the customer to request a authorization number and include it with their return. I require that they pay the shipping to return the item to me. I exchange the merchandise with another one after I receive the Defective item along with their return authorization number.

PAY YOUR INVOICE WITHIN 48 HOURS
I like to give my customers that pay their invoices within 48 hours after I send it to them as an incentive for them to make a speedy payment.
The Importance of Feedback
I always submit FEEDBACK for every transaction I have. I think everyone should do the same, but often so many people will not take the time to do so. The FEEDBACK Rating System set up by Ebay isn't exactly fair because we should get a point for every AUCTION THAT WE COMPLETE. I can't understand why we LOSE a feedback rating when a customer get kicked off Ebay, WE STILL EARNED THE FEEDBACK POINT AND SHOULDN'T HAVE IT REMOVED, EVER!!!
