The Happy Hub was born right here on on eBay 2 years ago. In the beginning, I didn't know which way I wanted to go with the store. I was trying to sell home decor, but the market was too saturated. So, I researched for 6 months and found my niche in these wonderful musical instruments for children. In July, I opened a new website at www.kidsplaymusic.org and the orders keep coming!

I try to ship ASAP as I try to keep up with the stock. Occasionally, I dropship through the manufacturer which usually helps when a customer needs the item as soon as possible and I'm out of stock. Sometimes an item may backorder through the manufacturer I deal with, in which case: I contact the customer and offer them to wait or refund in full.

I accept returns if the item is not what was expected when received and is returned in the condition it was sent. I offer optional insurance for all of my items, if the item is said to be broken through the mail, then the responsibility was on the customer to purchase insurance.
