Within 24 hrs. after I send invoice PLEASE USE CHECKOUT (PAY NOW) at end of auction to pay with Paypal ( must have a confirmed address & name that matches name & address as your Ebay registration , if not insurance purchase by buyer with signature confirmation will be required before I will ship). Payments by PayPal within 24 hrs. after I send invoice or within 7 days after the end of first auction for all items won if you place a bid on another one of my items within 24 hrs. from end of first win. If this policy is not followed item will be relisted or no longer for sale and an unpaid item strike applied by Ebay on your Ebay account . If sale goes smoothly I always leave POSITIVE FEEDBACK .

I will always try to ship the next day if possible . I try to pack items securely to ship , but if item gets damaged or lost in shipping in order for you to recover your money I will send you the nessesary info to give to the shipping source. I will try to combine multiple items in same package when practical (if I can do it without causing any damage to other items) for a discount in shipping on the extra items , just ask me before bidding so I can make sure I can do it safely. ( PLEASE do not assume it , as I will not try to cram items together and cause damage myself).Insurance & tracking (return receipt) is required on all International shipments. If I have offered the item to be shipped out of the U.S. the handling charge will be $7-$8 plus the shippers charges(Priority Mail International). Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Ask questions before you bid! I try to describe as clearly as I can, but I do accept returns if item is not as described if you contact me within 24hrs. of receiving item & it is not damaged in shipping. NO RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND! (USED ITEMS or DISPLAYED ITEMS SOLD AS IS !) Refund of PURCHASE PRICE only . All shipping is at buyers expense & item must be shipped back within 7 days (with shipping insurance included) , in same condition as when I shipped item. IF ITEM IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING YOU MUST HAVE IT INSURED BOTH WAYS (NO EXCEPTIONS) IN ORDER TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY! I WILL NOT be responsible for any damage in shipping or lost items. If I receive damaged item back and it was not insured there will be NO refund given. Insurance is a cheap way to avoid this. If the laid out guidelines are followed , I will post the refund to Paypal or by money order, if that is how it was paid for. I think this is a fair policy for both you the buyer & me the seller.

Please contact me with any questions about the items, or the combined shipping of multiple items before bidding. If you are the winner of an auction you are obligated to complete the purchase. If not paid for, an unpaid item claim will be filed with Ebay & an unpaid item strike will be applied to your Ebay account. So, please ask any questions before bidding! I do offer a discount on multiple items won within 7 days after end of first auction that can be packaged together. If you don't like the shipping & handling charges listed for the purchase of the first item won, don't bid. They are non-negotiable. I charge the actual shipping charge plus a small handling fee $2-$3 or less per package depending on the size of the package to cover my expenses for packaging materials, the effort to package it securely, & to deliver the package to the shipper.

Insurance is required on my items per Ebay rules. The insurance is already figured into the price. Since one of my items was destroyed by the shipper & was not insured , all of my items will be insured if you want to recover your money (when damaged or lost by shipper). I can not afford to be responsible for any damage in shipping anymore. If you receive a damaged item, contact me & I will supply you with the information needed to file a claim. Please, if you return an item and it gets damaged or lost in shipping & you didn't pay the very small insurance charge on your end don't blame me . As I always try to pack items with more material than needed to help prevent damage while being shipped, but no matter how much extra care you take it won't help with the way some of the packages get thrown around by the shippers . That's why insurance is always a cheap way to recover your money.

Like most of us I am on Ebay to have fun . But when some members send numerous harrassing messages its not fun anymore . Ebay does not tolerate that type of behavior. All improper messages will be reported to Ebay or to law enforcement to take action. Please have fun on here, & follow the rules. That's what its all about.
