I graduated from TRAPHAGEN, SCHOOL OF FASHION in 1972. After working for a few years in The Garment District of NYC...I deceided to open my own business, Sooty & Friends. With all the retail years of working in department store & my detail education at Traphagen...Sooty & Friends is still going strong!

History/background
I started selling on eBay, just a few months ago with my eBay store, 'Sooty's Lovebugs' maintained by hoagieslovebugs. I've enjoyed selling so many treasures from around the house that I now want to get started and sell 'Sooty & Friend's' Dress-Up Fashions.

Payment policy
I accept PAYPAL, along with Money Orders & Personal Checks- US banks only. Personal Checks may take longer to clear my account. For International sales, PAYPAL is the only accepted form of payment.

Shipping information
After payment clears my account, I ship via The USPS on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays only. Insurance is recommended on items under $50.00. Insurance is required on items over $50.01. The actual insurance cost is based on the final selling cost and posted to the buyers' invoice. I am not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in shipping. Thank you.

Return policy
All items are sold 'AS IS'..Vintage, Hand Made or Hand Painted items can not be expected to look perfect. I try to point out all known defects with detailed descriptions and clear photos. Please contact me with any ??? before you place a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If I misrepresent an item, please contact me within 3 days. Shipping & Insurance Fees are not subject for refund.
