We encourage our customers to check postal rates. Visit your local Postal Service Center or visit the USPS online at www.usps.com. We try to offer at least 2 choices of shipping classes. We prefer to ship via USPS Priority mail with 2-3 day quick shipping. However, bulky, heavy, or media items may be shipped via a different class. All items are usually packaged and shipped within 12-14 hours of payment processing. We pack our items they way we would want to receive them. We want every item to arrive at your doorstep in outstanding condition. However, we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages that are not insured. We do not sell or ship outside of the United States. If you pay via PayPal, we will not ship to any location other than your verified address as registered with PayPal. If you pay by any other means, we will only ship to the address from which the payment was received. That address must match the address eBay has on file for you.

We want each customer to be 100% satisfied. On many items we offer a 3 day money back guarantee. We promise you will be satisfied or we'll give you your money back within three days from receipt of your merchandise, less shipping and handling fees.
