A Wonderous Wand for Frothy Bulletproof Coffee!
Living the Keto lifestyle means finding ways to get the 'good fats' into your body. I rely heavily on something called 'bulletproof coffee'. When I'm home, it's easy peasy, as I use my full size stick blender (AKA boat motor) to blend the coffee, butter and coconut oil into a rich frothy beverage.
