Most of the time I ship priority mail. Unless it is a light weight item that can go 1st class. For larger, heavier items I ship Fed-Ex. I have found them to be cheaper than UPS. Delivery Confirmation is included in all shipping quotes. Insurance is optional and at buyers expense. I do package very securely but I cant control how the PO handles the packages. So if you have any concerns then please insure. I can not give refunds for broken items that you chose Not to insure.

I strive very hard to acurately describe all items in great detail. I also provide multiple pictures. Because of this I Normally do not refund. But if you feel that there has been a grave error in items description, please email me as soon as item is received and I am sure we can work something out.
