Decorating our family home. With a degree in the History of Art & Architecture from Chicago, I am always looking for special things to create a sense of love and style in our home! It is so hard for me to pass up antique and shabby chic objects d'art! But my girls have found a love for finding an object and seeing more than just its function- they can see the possibilities! I am grateful to be able to homeschool them and to share my love of Art and vision with them in this way!

While we all love the, Bible, and knowing God's Word, we also like to read books of a family nature. We are doing a homeschool study unit on, Laura Ingalls Wilder, and her book series and my girls love her (they watch, Little House on the Prairie, every day for school!) and we love to read books about other places in the world and learn that no matter what or who or where, God loves us all and Jesus died for us all!

We do not watch hollywood movies but we have special DVD's that our children watch. They are all Christian videos that teach anything from colors and seasons to the Love of Christ and His sacrifice for us all! We love a video series called, TINY TOT PWAISE, a lot! They were discontinued years ago and I was delighted to start finding these hard to find videos on eBay! That is how I got hooked! ;o)

I try to describe items as best as I can, I will describe the colors I see but some people may call them a different color, so please always feel free to email me if you have any questions! I have a degree in the History of Art & Architecture from UI-Chicago. I worked in architecture firms during college but the math is not for me! I worked in advertising for a long time & then I sold diamonds wholesale for many years. I loved that! I moved to another state & got into the field of IT Recruitment. I had my own company for 5 years until I met & married my husband & we started having babies! After that, I put my official talents on the back burner and focus now on my family. But I do still love to do eBay & I love to design & write my auctions. Since I was also in Journalism school & love to write, each auction is like a story or news article. Sometimes it takes me days to do one auction! To find just the right colors & style for my templates & borders. My auctions reflect who I am & while others may try to copy them, they cannot take that away from me! I am an honest & professional person but I am also a loving wife & mother, with all the flaws that come with being human!

With eBay's payment method changes, I can NO LONGER ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS OR CASHIER CHECKS, I can only accept online payments and will research other types of online payment methods other than Paypal (Propay, ARE, etc.) to accommodate my wonderful customers. If you have a great suggestion for a new online payment processor, please send me an email and I will check it out!

I try to ship as quickly as possible~I love to wrap packages! I use RECYCLED boxes. DO NOT OPEN BEDDING PACKAGES WITH ANYTHING SHARP! Please remember I have 5 small children under the age of 8 so sometimes I am up with a sick child (or 5!) in the evening or morning instead of wrapping a package. I check messages often & will try to get back to you as soon as I can or as soon as I have an answer for you! PLEASE NOTE! If you email me within the last several hours of an auction requesting an international shipping quote, I might not be able to get a quote to you before the auction ends. But if you are still interested in the item, and it did not sell, please contact me again & I can get that quote for you & relist it for you if you like! I ship as often as I can, depending upon which shipping service I use. My husband has to take the packages with him on his way to work, so if your payment arrives after he has left, I am not able to get your package out that day. Thanks for understanding!

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Because my items are usually new and I have checked them several times (when I receive/purchase them, when I photograph/go over them, & when I ship them) I do not accept returns. I cannot resell an item as new if it has been shipped out to a customer & returned. This also protects you from receiving something someone might have used then decided to return! I am NOT PERFECT & I can surely miss something! If that happens (& I apologize in advance in case it does!) PLEASE contact me so we can work it out! No one is perfect! ;o) I also do not accept returns because items are not the color you were expecting. I offer a lot of pics to try & resolve that issue before it happens! Please contact me with specific questions before you bid or BIN! Because I am not a large department store, & my prices are lower than the high end stores my items come from, I cannot offer returns. The ONLY time I would accept a return is if I sent the wrong item(s). Thanks for understanding!

While I check my emails often, I do have a spam filter. Please note that there have been times that the ASK SELLER A QUESTION format does not reach me. And sometimes your email can get stuck in my spam folder if it does not recognize your email address. So if you email me or contact me through eBay and you do not hear back from me within 24 hours, please try again. I am a buyer on eBay as well so I know what it is like to sit at the computer wanting to get an answer! Please just understand that eBay is a small part of my life and I can only spend so much time on it without neglecting my family (and it is hard for me to control that!)! So please be understanding and a bit forgiving if I don't get back to you! And please know that it would never be because I am ignoring you! If I didn't want to work with you, I would not be selling on eBay!
