I appreciate a-v_surplus! It's not in easy transactions, but in the hard ones, that someone's true character is shown. When I got the item, it had an issue and a-v_surplus was absolutely fantastic in helping to diagnose, return and refund the item! They we're fantastic! Sometimes weird things just happen and things do go right. Although I wish I didnt have to return the item, I'm super thankful these guys are so great about everything. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from them.
