We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cashiers check.

Shipping information
Shipping: Shipping and delivery days are Monday - Friday, with the exception of applicable holidays. Some of our items are ship directly to your door via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL or similar freight carriers. You can identify which products will be shipped by reviewing the individual products descriptions. For all other items they are shipped via freight carrier to a local dock in your area. In most cases a shipping dock will be located within 30-45 miles. If you would like to know in advance where your items will be shipping to please email at Shipping@aandyfurniture.com and we will let you know where the closest dock is. In most cases items can be shipped to your curbside for an additional fee. Please contact us at Shipping@aandyfurniture.com for pricing, please provide your zip code for curbside quotes as well as which items to be shipped.

Return policy
Returns: Returns are gladly accepted on non-custom items for 15 days less shipping & handling and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Make sure you keep all of the packing materials that come with your items. Contact us at Shipping@aandyfurniture.com and we will give you further instructions on how to process your return.

Damages:
Damage: Be sure to check all the packages for damage. You need to make sure before you sign to receive your furniture that it is not damaged. Any damage must be noted on the shippers bill of lading. Do not refuse delivery. It is insured to that dock only, if you get home and there is damage it will not be covered.
