Normally, I accept PayPal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks ONLY for my auctions. Any other payment method must be agreed upon PRIOR TO placing any bid on my auctions. Payment for property bid on and awarded must be paid for in full within three working days from the date of electronic award.

I ship via the US Postal Service unless other arrangements are made with me and requested in advance of bidding. Shipping can be done internationally with buyer paying the actual shipping charges via the US Postal Service. For multiple lots, the bidder may request combined shipping at the time of notification of award. Shipment will be made within 2 USPS business days of receipt of payment. Shipment will be made by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance or Overnight Express Mail, no exceptions. For my protection, and YOURS, I demand these mailing features to insure that you receive what you pay for. I will NOT waive any of these requirements for any reason so, please, do not ask.

Every effort will be made to accurately describe all property offered for bid, including measurements where necessary, however, all items are offered for sale on a AS-IS basis with no warranty or guarantee except as described herein. I am not Wal-Mart or Neiman Marcus and do not offer returns because an item does not fit or because the color looks slightly different in person than it did on your computer monitor. Monitors and video cards vary so it is necessary that you read the item description carefully. Please email in advance of bidding with ALL questions. Returns are ONLY made where I have made an error in the description. All items are meticulously photographed during packing process to identify exact condition of item at shipping. Claims that an item is damaged that are contradicted by my photos will not receive a refund. I have had customers actually damage an item in order to obtain a refund on an item that did not fit. Never again! Please note: ALL sales are final!

All bids must be received through normal online trading processes established by eBay. I do not and will not reveal reserve auction prices, so please do not ask. Attempts to discover my reserve by placing a high bid and then retracting it, claiming you made an error, will be immediately reported to eBay and will result in your ID being permanently blocked from bidding on all of our auctions. I do not entertain off eBay attempts to purchase an item during my auctions and will report any such solicitations to eBay. I reserve the right to refuse to sell to bidders with significant negative ratings, new members, or any other member, at my sole discretion. Bidders with significant negative ratings, feedback under 25, or other undesirable bidders may have their bids canceled without prior notice, unless they have contacted me first. If you do not agree with ALL of the Terms and Conditions of my auctions, you are prohibited from bidding on any and all of my auctions.

Basically, I do not leave negative feedback for anyone, unless, of course, they were to leave it for me. I try and follow the basic principle that if you can't say anything nice about someone then it is better to say nothing at all. When I am the Seller, I wait until I have heard from the Buyer that they are completely happy with the transaction, usually in the form of positive feedback, and then I leave extremely positive feedback. I will leave Feedback when it has been left for me thus indicating that the entire transaction is completed to both buyer's and seller's satisfaction. I do not use it to indicate that your payment has arrived OR that your item has been sent – that is NOT what it is for. In addition, payment for the item does not complete the Buyers end of the agreement. When I am the Buyer, I leave positive feedback the moment I receive the item and find that it is as described, which is the only standard by which I judge the Seller.
