InterestsAbout My Feedback Percentage Score?!?
I have 1745 positive feedbacks(as of 11/20/2009)&only 2 negative feedbacks(both from buyers w/attitude to start &low/no feedback who would not give me the chance to work with them at all)& somehow ebaY calculates my feedback percentage to equal 97.9%?? It seems now with every POSITIVE feedback I receive,my percentage score drops a point! When I inquired with ebaY,I was told I have to wait a year(barring anymore negative feedback)for those 2-feedbacks to drop off to fix the problem. >>>In the MEANTIME, I would like ALL of my future and current customers to know that I ALWAYS take the time to satisfy each customer's order/purchase needs personally and am not happy unless you are. Please take a moment to read all of my positive comments (&the negative),but please disregard what I feel is very much an inaccurate feedback percentage rate. Although I must follow the outside specific supplier guidelines, I PROMISE to do whatever possible to make my customers happy! JoAnn atwistedflowercom
