Lego set as described (new set), packed carefully, and shipped promptly. Quite a bit of confusion upon receipt, though, as the item was shipped directly from a major retailer's online operation in their box with a mailing label that had the wrong name but the right address. Took a while to figure out what was going on.
Let's just say that retailer's customer service line could use some improvement.

LEGO set as described, but I was SUPER confused as it appeared at the correct address with a completely WRONG name and in major retailer packaging??? Had ZERO clue until I checked tracking and thank goodness UPS had a proof of delivery photo attached. Thanks I guess?

By far the worst customer service and interaction I’ve ever had on EBay! Avoid at all costs. First bad review I’ve left in 8 years. Slow shipping. Rude. Inability to communicate. I will deny anything they send thru mail and deal with EBay for my money back.
If I could cuss on here I would light this screen up. Not worth your time people!!!!
