First, I never received a fan I bought from this seller. They stayed in contact with me and after a good amount of time I finally asked for a refund. The money was returned in to my bank the same day. No I never got my item but this is a 5 star seller.

Seller promptly reported order was shipped via FexEx but didn't provide a tracking number (that's suspicious in itself). After several weeks and no delivery I complained and ultimately received a refund, but I suspect the seller never had the item to begin with and/or didn't actually ship it as reported. It may have been an honest mistake (hence my neutral rating) but it just feels more than a bit shady. I just want to buy from reputable sellers with zero hassle on my part, but not this time.
