welcome to abbeys_lane, I have been selling on ebay for approximately 10 years. I frequent antique shoppes, estate,tag sales, Church sales, rummage, garage/yard sales, and have been to the worlds longest yard sale 500 mile what a sale that was, lol.

I sell vintage anything and everything, to narrow it down a bit, we have silk scarves, scarf quilts, linens, crafts, model kits, clothing watches, rare vintage books handmade doilies needlepoint, art deco, glassware, carnival glass, vintage pottery, whatever we see that is rare & unique we will give it a try, we feel we have been quite successful in our finds -i love looking for that special item to pass onto someone who will enjoy it as much as we do, most week ends i am browsing the sales, we travel to different areas and see many differnt type of items and people, all of which we find quite amazing! please come back from time to time and see what we have to offer. you just never know until you see it......all that's lovely i have my old trunk which is full of old treasures

Glassware, carnival glass books, crafts items, quilts, old pottery, clothing, mostly new, some vintage some very gently used - quality items, odd things i find very interesting, if if looks diferent and you say, this is odd, or what is this? then it usually will be a good find! look for the oddities, unusual, and different items, they seem to be the best, and you'll have a good time researching the odd thing or the what is this thing.

i collect music boxes & trinket boxes. old perfume bottles & vintage dresser sets/jars, this is my thing - in which i collect for myself.

traveling, sunrise - i love the fresh smell of the mornings! a new day begins... i love fresh flowers, a little gardening, the golden girls! ( they are adorable) reading, quilting, sewing, crafting, being home in the winter months! winter r & r curled up on the couch! i love to cook big dinners, for holidays, my son Jeff & his wonderful wife nicole, love seeing my my Son's artwork, he draws portraits, and what a wonderful artist he is!

all fannie flagg books, little women, gone with the wind, memory of montgomery county, ( this is where i grew up, it's interesting knowing what it was like here over 100 yrs ago. The sugar creek saga ( our fathers favorite book, )which is a great book of Sugar creek, in Indiana

golden girls, tru tv, little house on the praire, andy griffith, the travel channel, history channel, some news daily, ( not to over do it though)

We have traveled quite alot the past several years,( and some with my sisters,son & family. i remember seeing the ocean for the first time with my sister, it was unbelievable, this was some time ago , fantastic, Virgina Beach, i recall the first cotton field i saw this was absolutely beautiful, the excitement of seeing all the different things in all areas of the USA, just fabulous, Never a dull moment when one travels, ive traveled to Hawaii, what a beautiful place, fantastic! the best- if you go to hawaii -please go find all the places hidden that are not on the tourist maps, they are the best you will see -is off the beaten track! i spent a wonderful week in a secluded cabin at Christmastime with my oldest sister, that was a nice time, beautiful, one i will always remember, i have been blessed to travel with my 4 sisters at one time or another & to travel with my son occassions when he was younger-many trips with my cousin rox also, all very nice times to remember!

i owned my own business for several years, and was quite successful, i was tired of punching the old clock everyday, and set some goals and made it ! Ive worked in graphic arts, Optical lab, welding, some very interesting jobs in this lifetime, now i am enjoying ebay, very much!
