Hi, Citi Bank told me that this transaction has gone through. Can you confirm as it shows me that I still need to pay. This has not been a fun transaction. Wasn't able to just change shipping address so we had to cancel order and start all over again. Now, it's showing as not paid when my credit card company is telling me it has.
