Works Great if your computer supports it
I had owned this film scanner and used it effectively to scan all my film, until I made the mistake of upgrading to Windows XP. The scanner produces very sharp and vibrant images, but when Olympus stopped making them, they stopped releasing drivers. The latest driver you will find (for the parallel-port version) is for Windows 95/98/ME and Windows NT 5.
Olympus completely dropped all support, which is a shame because it was the top of the line film scanner of the time, and is not surpassed by most of the film scanners made today.
If you have a Windows 95/98/ME or Windows NT (prior to Win XP) running, or in a virtual machine, definitely consider getting one of these.
