Having been an avid Ebay buyer for years, my 100% positive feedback as a buyer reflects my ability to adhere to EBay's and PayPal's policies, as well as my ability to communicate well with others. I am an individual committed to extending that same consideration to my own buyers, and firmly believe in customer service coming Before the Sale. My professional qualifications include a certification in Retail and Customer Service from the Opportunities Industrialization Center, as well as a Customer Service certification awarded by the National Retail Federation.
Payment policy
• Payment is currently accepted via PayPal only.
• Payment is expected a maximum of three full days after the close of the listing.
• Failure to pay after three full days with no contact from the buyer will result in a claim being filed against the buyer.
Shipping information
• Shipments are generally made on Tuesdays and Fridays (a day later for Federal holidays); however, your item(s) will be shipped out as soon as the day of purchase when possible.
• The preferred shipping service is the U.S. Postal Service, with insurance and delivery confirmation included in each listing's set price. I will however, work around Your Needs. If you want a different carrier, or extra services added/removed, simply contact me before bidding or buying!
• Shipping is combined on multiple orders by deducting $2.oo from the shipping charge for each additional item.
Return policy
The return of an item will be accepted a maximum of seven days after you receive it, and only under one of the following conditions:
• The item has been grossly misrepresented
• The item was damaged during transport

Feedback
As a seller and buyer, I find feedback to be critical, and always endeavor to provide said feedback in a timely manner, usually within three days. If three days has passed, and you have still not received feedback from me, don't be afraid to remind me.
