I am a high school history teacher and book collector.

I sell books and, from time to time, will offer various ephemera, toys, and memorabilia.

My main purchases are books. I will not purchase a book club or ex-library book unless it is a highly unusual or rare item, nor are they generally offered for sale. Please refer to book descriptions.

Book collecting. I have been collecting and scouting for about two and one half years, and it's a wonderful, complex hobby and pastime.

I am just preparing to make several offers on EBay in the coming weeks. Please be advised that while I am not an ABAA member (Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America), I adhere to their standards of conduct and book grading system. Books are fairly and flatly described according to those standards, and all author holographs are compared against facsimiles on www.tomfoilio.com or like sites. If I am not confident in an author holograph, I will say so. My grading system for books and dustjackets is as follows: Near Mint - Book is obviously in near perfect condition and never read. Very fine - Book is pristine except for ordinary shelfwear. Fine - Book will have some noted, small flaws. Good - Book will show wear and some damage. Poor - Will only be offered for sale if it is a special interest or antiquarian title. All books are researched against BookFinder and ABA offerings for fair pricing and grading. I do not appraise.

I calculate shipping based on the EBay USPS calculator. If it is off for any reason, I will bear the excess postage. All items are sent regular, first class mail in either a box or reinforced envelope within two business days of purchase.
