One of the pieces received broken. Trying to request a refund but screen will not allow me to continue without a picture. Have emailed seller for a replacement and assistance. While item appeared to be new with shrink-wrapped box, the Styrofoam inside was very deteriorated; thinking that's why it was received damaged.
