I don't re-sell stuff that I don't know, everything I sell either belonged to me or a customer or a friend of mine whose computer/bike I serviced/upgraded, sometimes I sell parts that were supposed to be disposed off from my place of work due to an upgrade, but they still work and I always test them to best of my abilities. Everything I sell is in working condition unless specified otherwise, for eample: I may sell a laptop for parts that has blown motherboard, or broken case, or broken LCD but other parts working. Then I specify exactly what's wrong. I may sometimes sell a part that I can't test, because I don't have a compatible setup or the machine it was pulled from died, then I say that up front in the auction. And there is always the 2/7 days return policy outlined below.

I only accept PayPal. However, I don't require a confirmed PayPal shipping address.

USA ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS! I combine items when possible to lower shipping costs but when I do combine items I may change the carrier too. For example if you won three items that were supposed to ship by USMail each, if I combine them into a larger package I will use UPS. Signature & insurance are usually required on items above $50, so it may costs few $$ more to ship those. I use UPS, USPS & FedEx. I pick shipping option that seems appropriate for the size & value of the item while trying to keep the shipping costs down. I try not to overcharge for shipping but please keep in mind that shipping cost doesn't just mean postage, it also means supplies: tape, glue, markers, etc. I get boxes & stuffing for free but still spend some money on various supplies. So my shipping charge is usually a little higher than the actual carrier's charge. Please be aware that UPS & FedEx may also charge extra surcharge for deliveries to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

You have to notify me within two calendar days after receiving the item if defective, example: if you received it any time on Tuesday you have until midnight on Thursday to notify me. I must receive the item in the original condition within 7 calendar days. I will refund your bid and original shipping plus the return shipping ONLY IF the item comes back physically undamaged and without signs of damage due to misuse, improper installation, etc. and with all parts/accessories included. If I find the returned item in good shape and in working order I will not refund any shipping charges and I will only refund your bid and I will deduct my auction fees. All refunds will be issued via PayPal to the original email address no later than on the second business day after I have received the returned package! I don’t provide any support, or neither guarantees nor warranties except for the initial return period as described above. So please don't ask me any post-sale installation and how-to quest

Please use eBay messaging system. I check MyEbay every few hours during the day when I have auctions running. I may not be able to answer on weekends though as I go on daylong biking and hiking trips and I leave the internet behind:) So if you have questions please try to ask them on weekdays.

Please, please, please read the auction before emailing me with questions and keep the above rules in mind. I will truly appreciate if you refrain from emails making me repeat what I already said in the auction. I don't mind answering questions, I can provide extra high resolution images, etc. but 5-10 questions a day about international shipping is too much. Thanks for understanding.

Read the auction first. If still in doubt read the info here. However, if anything seems to contradict, the info in the auction description always takes precedence over the rules on this page. Example: if I say in the auction that I sell an item as-is with no return/refund options that info is correct. Or if I say that this is local pickup only that means I will not ship it and the shipping rules here don't apply.
