PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 7 DAYS. If you don't pay for an item that you won on auction within 7 days, I will send a reminder. Then, if you chose to IGNORE my reminder & not contact me, I will open an UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE against you on the 10TH DAY. I will not tolerate people who bid & then do not want to pay for the item. Please remember, your item ships the day after its been paid for, so if you paid me on the Saturday after an auction ended, it will be shipped that next Monday. Also E-checks take the longest to clear. If you chose not to purchase the optional postal insurance & the package is lost/damaged in transit, I will not be held responsible. I am tired of the USPS costing me money because they do not want to be held accountable for packages once they are mailed. It is NOT my fault & I will NOT refund your money!!

All items usually ship within 24 hours of payment & most even ship same day. All are well packed. Shipping delays sometimes occur due to technical difficulties, bad weather, holidays, or illness. Handling charges are always added to shipping costs. For those of you who DON'T know what handling charges are, it's an extra charge sellers add to cover the HIGH cost of shipping materials like, boxes, padded envelopes, zip lock bags, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, shipping labels, printer ink, Fragile, or Do Not Bend stickers, self inking stamps, or any other materials used to get your item safely to you. These items MUST be used, & are added to the cost of postage. Also most of you don't realize that everytime you use your credit card through the convenient, safe, PayPal option, the sellers are charged fees on the total amount, including shipping costs & they charge extra fees for money conversion on foreign orders. I am disabled, & cannot get to the phone on time to answer your calls, & I will not pay long distance toll charges to call you back. I also keep a very different schedule from the average person because of my disability, & cannot afford to be woke up at all hours of the day or night. So, I ask that you please respect my privacy, & not make calls to my home. If there is a problem, an email will take care of it just as well, if not better, so please have some patience when trying to resolve any problems.

Due to the wide variety of weight of the items I sell, I give shipping discounts for multiple items according to their combined weight. It is the only fair way to calculate the shipping charges depending on what is bought at any one time. I combine shipping on what is bought during a 7 day period from Sunday thru Sunday. I do not combine shipping charges on items of $1.99 or less or keyhole escutcheons. These items are already at a bare bones price, & I simply cannot afford to sell them any cheaper. Smaller items get a discount as follows, 2nd item ships at 1/2 shipping price, & 3rd item ships free.

I have noticed that buyers are leaving less then 5 stars for communication & shipping time which stumps me. ALL BUYERS receive a note telling them their item has shipped with the tracking info, and a Thank you for your order note from me, by Paypal's shipping notification system the day I ship. If you chose not to open & read these emails, it's not my fault you didn't get any communication from me. Even those overseas items shipped from the PO get a direct email from me, with the customs form number, & they're thanked for their order. How is that not good communication? Also, ALL items are shipped out within 48 hours at the latest, AFTER payment is received. Please realize I cannot get your item to you without the help of USPS & I have no control over how long it takes them to deliver to you. For those of you that look at the SALE DATE when you leave feedback, remember that may not be when the item was actually paid for, so your delayed payment actually delayed your shipment.
