Fraudulent claim! Customer reached out, explaining that they received a damaged package, and that it was refused by someone other than herself. I received the package fully intact without damage. I immediately took pictures and sent them to this customer. She didn’t replied, “I see. Can you pack it and send it again?” I then confronted her on why she returned it. She explained that she wasn’t home, and that someone else refused it. ultimately, left negative feedback because I refused to resend.
