Once I receive payment, I ship within 48 hours. Orders are sent out Monday through Saturday. Most orders are shipped by 1st class which usually takes 3-5 business days. I recommend insurance although it is not required. But please note that once package is in the hands of the USPS, I am no longer responible for it. Insurance for orders over $25 dollars is added at no expense. International shipping is shipped Global Priority or Fist Class International and I have no way to guarantee delivery. A customs & label number will be emailed if requested.

Because the products are so personal in nature, we are not allowed by law to accept returns.
