Sent a different item than what was pictured. when I contacted the seller they told me the images they use are generic. and blamed it on the fact that he has 44,000 products listed..
he offered a refund less his shipping costs and i had to pay to ship them back. terrible customer service.
i searched a very long time for an item that matches the picture they have posted and its a shame i had to waste my time and money to only receive the wrong product.

Our pictures are generally generic ... not true to any one size when we list multiple sizes in one listing. It is standard for the manufacturer to stamp the head with their code. If it was REALLY Important to have no mark on the head, don't you think a question to seller to request would be important to him? If you want something special and it is not specific in description, honor the seller with a question instead of going balistic after the fact!!

Seller sent wrong size screws. Seller doesn't appear to know how to measure screw length. Communication was terrible. I tried to negotiate but the seller wouldn't respond for days and when he did it was nonsense. don't ignore your customers. I think this is the second negative review I have given in 20 years on Ebay. Don't F me around.
Does the screw in the picture look 5/16" long? Seller said he would have to check the specs, what a joke.

Sent 2 pics to me because 1st pic showed it WAS 5/16" so had to send 2nd at a different angle. SCAMMER!! Used 2nd pic here to try to sway on feedback. Apparently does not know what he wants so I sent him a couple of next size up. Scammed eBay into giving refund and kept all screws. BEWARE OF THIS BUYER. True headache!!!
