Types of Merchandise That Can or Cannot Be Returned/Exchanged. It may happen that we decide to restrict returns or exchanges of certain types of goods. In such case, a note will be included in the description of an item and/or “Return policy details” field. Gift cards cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Special orders cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Return or Exchange Requirements. We fully guarantee all our products to be free from factory defects.

If, however, an item purchased from A Hundred Pearls™ is found faulty (not functioning as described), or not represented accurately on A Hundred Pearls™ auction (factual misrepresentation, e.g. wrong color, material, pattern, etc.), it can be returned for a full refund or exchanged. If a wrong item is received (different from your auction description), or an item got damaged in shipment, it can only be replaced. If you would like to return or exchange an item that is fully functional, complete (including instruction manuals and user guides) and it is not “an open item” (original packaging must be intact), we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Any item being returned or exchanged must include all original parts (including packaging), must not be altered or damaged in any way (including, but not limited to misuse, neglect or improper care), nor must it have any signs of use. All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase.

No (partial) refunds will be granted for “open items”, goods that are used, altered, damaged, without original packaging or with damaged packaging. Shipping charges. If the returned or exchanged item is defective, misrepresented, wrong, or damaged in shipment, we will fully cover the shipping costs.
