Been doing this since 2003 and only had one issue with a customer that left me shaking and them disgruntled. jvenier54 Still bothers me, but when USPS damages an item...it's not my responsibility to fix the problem, you have to at least be willing to file the claim with them if they lose or damage your item. I'm not your Mommy, jvenier54. (I'll help out with the numbers and such though if you need me to-I cannot file the claim for you though considering the damaged item is at your end) See? I'm still ranting over what she did to me, lol.

PayPal, You can mail a Postal Money Order or a check, but with a check you must wait until it's cleared before I can mail your item. It takes longer.

USPS with insurance. Can do UPS if needed.

If item is damaged by USPS, their policy is that you contact them for a refund. If I make a mistake, and I do from time to time, let me know. I'll either send a new one, ask for the old one to replace it or give you a refund. I value my reputation on-line and will try my best to make you a satisfied returning customer.Damages or loss during delivery will be dealt with by United States Postal Service. NOT ME.
